‘M’ Technique
The ‘M’ Technique is a method of gentle, structured touch, often used in hospices, by staff and volunteers, for those too fragile to receive conventional massage. Each movement and sequence is done a set number of times, in a set pattern, at a set pressure and set speed that never change. The ‘M’ Technique can be done on a clothed body or on single areas of the body, to produce relaxing effects.
